OUR OPERATIVES
ALL our personnel are SIA trained & DBS checked. They also undergo ongoing training to the highest level - we regularly conduct our own refresher seminars & training which include team building exercises, conflict management skills & physical intervention techniques.
We select the majority of our staff from ex- HM armed services, police officers, firefighters, prison officers & paramedics due to the professional transferable skillsets.
